The rubber seal is composed of sealing and installation.
Such products mainly use the elasticity of lips, cavities, flanges and other parts in the body structure and the contact pressure generated on the surface of the assembled coupling parts (glass, metal parts, etc.) to seal and decorate.
It is generally used in the range of -50 ~ 70 ℃.
Rubber strips are divided into dense strips, sponge strips, two composite strips and three composite sealing strips. Different cross-sectional structures can be designed according to their use parts and conditions.
Considering the performance requirements of aging resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, fire resistance, sunlight resistance, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance, chemical reagent resistance, flame retardance and so on, neoprene, ethylene propylene rubber, silicone rubber, natural neoprene styrene butadiene rubber, rubber plastic blends and other rubber materials with excellent aging resistance are generally used.
The manufacturing methods of rubber strips are extrusion molding continuous vulcanization, extrusion molding vulcanization tank vulcanization or molding vulcanization.
